Administration Officer

At Ybex Limited, we are building a technology platform that will disrupt the retail currency services industry by changing the behaviour of billions of travellers, expats, oversea foreign works, students and multi-national corporates globally. We are building a global marketplace platform for remittance and money exchange which will link up both personal and corporate clients directly to licensed money services operators, ranging from banks to local money exchangers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support for daily and regular office functions
  • Assist in human resources and accounting duties including recruitment, invoicing and preparation of various reports
  • Assist to develop and implement corporate administration policies and procedures
  • Perform other adhoc assignments

Requirements:

  • 2 year relevant experiences in HR or Accounting
  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines preferable
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel
  • Detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
